1. 14-Day Return Period
In accordance with UK consumer standards, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
