Thank you for shopping with VITTOV. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on product availability and warehouse location.

United Kingdom:
Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

Please note:

  • Some items may arrive sooner.

  • In certain cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to customs, carrier delays or peak seasons.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

3. Multiple Shipments

As we work with international fulfilment partners, products may be shipped from different warehouses.

This means:

  • Items within the same order may arrive separately

  • Packaging may differ

  • Tracking numbers may be issued individually

This is completely normal and does not indicate a missing item.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For UK customers:

Most orders will not incur additional charges. However, depending on product value and customs regulations, duties or import taxes may apply.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes imposed by their country.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels

  • Reshipping fees may apply

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at:
